specifically for individuals seeking guidance. Our services are delivered by a qualified clinical
naturopath and are designed to complement, not replace your existing medical care.

3. Not a Substitute for Medical Advice

Our services are complementary and integrative in nature. Nothing provided through Davey Storm
Naturopathy — whether through consultations, the website, blog articles, newsletters, webinars, or
the patient portal constitutes medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or a replacement for the advice
of your qualified medical practitioner, neurologist, or other healthcare provider.
You should always consult your doctor before making changes to your medications or medical
treatment plan. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services
immediately.

4. Eligibility

5. Consultations and Appointments

Appointments are booked through our online scheduling system (Simple Clinic Online). By
booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your health history,
medications, and symptoms. You understand that the quality of our recommendations depends on
the accuracy of the information you provide.
Cancellation Policy: We request at least [24/48] hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee. Please refer to your booking
confirmation for specific cancellation terms.

6. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are outlined on our website and provided prior to booking. All fees are
quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment is required at the time of booking or as otherwise
agreed.
Laboratory tests, pathology, and practitioner-only supplements are not included in consultation
fees unless explicitly stated. We do not offer refunds for completed consultations.

Upon becoming a patient, you may receive access to a dedicated patient portal. You are
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. The patient portal is for
your personal use and should not be shared with unauthorised individuals.
Clinical documents, educational materials, and communications within the portal are for your
benefit and are subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
